This nicely appointed room has 1 queen bed (Max Occupancy 2 Adults) a small refrigerator, microwave, cooking and eating utensils, new sink and countertop in the bathroom, flat screen television and table for 2. This unit faces the parking lot with a small seating area outside the room and right around the corner from the pool.
There is a grassy area between the entrance and the parking lot with a privacy fence bordering the parking lot. All guests have access to all of Lake Ranch’s open areas including the courtyard, lake front seating area, gazebo area for cooking and outdoor dining, newly renovated club house and use of our great heated outdoor salt chlorinated pool with windows.

All units are non-smoking. Room rate $165 to $225 per night plus 11% tax. Some weekends and holidays require a 2 night stay or longer.
