Small, well-appointed unit with a king size murphy bed that converts to a couch. This is a smaller unit with a large, comfortable bed, small kitchen with mini-fridge (no freezer), sink, microwave, coffee maker and a television. There are 2 steps up to unit. It faces the parking lot with a small patio outside the room and right around the corner from the pool. All guests have access to all of Lake Ranch’s open areas including the courtyard, lakefront seating area, gazebo area with 6 gas grills and plenty of picnic tables for lakefront dining, clubhouse and use of our saltwater heated pool with windows. All units are non-smoking. Some weekends and holidays may require a minimum stay.
